The Gillespie’s are from Southern California. Tim is our favorite pastor in the entire world. He’s an incredibly brilliant, thought provoking speaker who shares Jesus with amazing clarity. Sara, his gorgeous, smart, lovely wife, is a warm, friendly, design-savvy, high school art teacher. They’re celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary this year. Yay, for love! Hannah, Jacob, and Ike are their super fun, talented kids, capable of carrying on very interesting, funny conversations. All in all, they’re a super rad fam.

There’s the outside world and then there’s family. To me family is a safe haven. A place to rest easy. Let your guard down. Be yourself. Be accepted. Be seen. Be heard. Be appreciated. A place where you belong, fit in. A place where you matter.
